2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, GitHub automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of access and your browser information in order to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. This data may be processed in the USA. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

3. Contact form and e-mail

When you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, company, message and preferred language) solely to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. Form submissions are transmitted via the form service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which forwards them to us by e-mail. We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry or as required by law. Under the GDPR, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

We do not load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party servers.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request information about your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and, where applicable, to receive your data in a common electronic format. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@helvetiapixel.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are in the EU, with your local data protection authority.

We may update this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
